Don't get me wrong, Susan's Place is great and irreplaceable but out of curiosity does anyone know of any online forums for black transmen or just black transgender people in general?
I'm black and feel very eager to meet other black transmen. I've seen only a few on Youtube compared to the masses of white transmen.
Can anyone be so kind as to offer me some resources, please? Thank you, in advance. :)
I don't know of any but we could possibly make a thread here. I totally agree it would be nice to see transgender people of your race

If you are on Facebook, there are several groups for black transmen. This is one of the main ones, and it also has side groups under the same name that are location based, so you could find other guys in the state or major city that you are in:

There is also this website operated by the same group, that says it has an online community:

Thanks for these helpful resources. I have to be straight with ya, man, I don't like social media networks like Facebook for various reasons. But I will definitely look at that second link you provided me with. Maybe I should get with the times and make an FB account again, but it'll just get all dusty I'm sure. I would much rather go to an online forum like Susan's or something.

Yeah, I didn't find much by way of forums. But Facebook has loads of FTM groups for just about every interest - social groups, surgery groups, HRT groups, support groups, etc. I have a friend who only made a Facebook account to use those groups. Especially once you get into surgery stuff, they're a huge resource. I highly recommend making an account again, even if it's just to link up with groups and not really for personal use.
We could always ask Susan if she would create a child board in the FTM section specifically for black trans guys.
