Anyone ever come online simply because you don't got much outside support offline?
And this site actually tends to bring back bad thoughts, or it just doesn't work out for you
yet you're some how addicted and you find it that spot in life where you leave and you got no other sources that work for you and you've even tried? If so Pm me, also Pm me if you got another place......i don't know how long i can manage being on this thing the more i stay the more i think to much but for now its what i got, and for now it helps.
So what bad thoughts exactly? People on the forum are willing to help if you want to talk about it.
Are you seeing a counsellor? They can be a good source of support.

Well if you think its too much you might restrict it .. like saying a few fixed hours a day...
Imo there is a feeling of connection with others over the internet.
There is more conveyed than just words.
Well with some people you might have a feeling you don't connect as well ... its likely with a lot of people ...

Yeah in all honesty I have absolutely no one to talk to outside the internet but it helps me more than making me feel worse.
I don't get bad thoughts when I come here. But, yes, I come here regularly because I have no support in real life. I feel a heck of a lot better about myself as a result.
I too come here too much. But I've learned to filter what I read. If I'm in a really "good place" mentally I'll read just about anything here. If I'm feeling anxious or down or anything negative, I filter what posting I read.
It also helps to have someone to "talk to" outside of a public forum (such as this). PM me and we can chat that way or through E-mail.
