Last year i tried to transition and it was going well. I had my doctors visit covered by insurance and i had went to go see an endo about being prescribed. However, moving out of my parents house into my own kind of stalled that. Now i no longer have health insurance and doctors visit to my endo would be 200$. I dont really mind paying that, but im trying to see if there are any other resources or centers i can use before going this route. I also live in Texas.

Is it less than 60 days since you lost your health insurance coverage? If so, you may still be able to enroll in health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Although the normal enrollment period ended in January, there is a special enrollment period for folks who lose their previous health insurance. Go to Healthcare.gov for information:

Under the ACA, health insurance premiums are heavily subsidized for low-income people. So if money is a problem, the rates would be low. Please look into this. I understand that transition is your main concern right now, but lots of things can go wrong that don't have anything to do with gender. Health insurance would not only cover endocrinology, etc., but also protect you if become ill or get injured in an accident.
My plan has already been termed due to non payment.
