I feel that going through transition like being born, which takes some time (9 months for example). It's kinda like a rebirth. So my question is more of a curiosity to when people felt like they were a new person and looking back wasn't in the cards.
Interesting poll! I voted "Other" because I identify my new birthday as the day I chose a feminine name for myself, December 8th.

This is awesome because I actually just celebrated my first b-day, re-titled Re-Birthday, on March 4th which is the day I started hormones a year ago. ;D I chose to rename it re-Birthday because:
1. I am redoing my bday( More attention for me. YAYYY!!!!) >:-)
AND
2. Because to me it signifies a rebirth.
For me there was no going back as soon as I came out.
Not because of other people knowing, but because for me this was a moment of decision. For me it´s unrelated to surgery or HRT. Either of those are going to make me more like myself, but are not my re-birthday :)
I don't see myself as having a new birthday, but I do have transiversaries for various significant dates on my journey... notably when I went full time, which will be two years in 11 days!
After everything is done.
When I truly feel I'm on the way.
I went with the day i went full time, but part of me also feels the day my name legally changed is the date too. Hugs

For me there are just too man days to remember. Name change, t day, therapy day, surgery day. On my t birthday I take myself out and treat myself to a new outfit. It's a special reflection day for me.

I don't actually have a "new birthday". But if I did, it would have been the day that my doctor gave me my first anti-androgen prescription. It is the day everything became real for me.
My new birthday is every morning when I wake up because that is the day to do some small thing to improve myself in some way.
