Aloha everybody. I've got wonderful news! Now, before I tell ya the good news, I want to go over what I've gone thru to get to where I am now. I began my transition on October 21, 2012 while I was a patient at Laguna Honda Hospital in San Francisco. At Laguna, I was treated for two years for a disease called avascular necrosis(AVN). A very rare and painful disease. It affected both of my shoulders and my right hip. I've had two surgeries, but they didn't help. Presently I am in a wheelchair...
ok
Today: I have overcome a lot. I am back in college studying for an AA in LGBT studies-- which I hope to parlay into a sociology degree from UCSD. And I'm also working the phones for Bernie Sanders.
Oh, BTW, my mammoplasty is scheduled for June 27.
So this girl is happy!!
Thanks for being hear.
Much Love, Stephanie
