Just want to share my experience.
I had PI w/ scrotal graft SRS on 19th feb 2016 with PAI clinic (Dr Preecha's office). Surgeon-Dr Sutin.
Today I am 3.5 weeks post op and had my first orgasm!!!
Words cannot describe how excited I was, I quickly told my close friends to share the excitement.
Currently I'm healing ok, there has been no real pain at all for me, I stopped having morphine after 2 days post op (because they wouldn't give me any more lol, I was asking for it every 6 hrs on the dot so I was not ever in pain) and then I took tylenol for 2 days after that.
I never had bleeding problems at all except when catheda was removed, I bleed lightly for a day. No blood at all after day 6 or 7.
im overweight, which is against me but having been on a high vitamin diet which I really believe has helped me.
I take:
2000mg vitamin c,
vitamin B complex,
vitamin A,
vitamin E,
bromelain,
zinc,
theres one more.... these all help your body to recover.
So I bought a vibrator, and tried using it yesterday but it was wayyyy to powerful and sort of hurt so I stopped immediately. Then today, I had my undies and Pads on and used the vibrator on the outside so my skin was protected but still felt the vibrations and I had my first orgasm as a Post Op women within 10 minutes.
For me, it felt very similar as before...except my mind was more connected.
I felt little contractions similar to pre op ejaculation,but the feeling seemed to last longer than what it did before.
I couldn't be more excited and happy.
Really interested to hear what your experience was when you first had your PO orgasm, how long into ur recovery you had it etc.

And here I am at 4 weeks post up afraid to almost touch myself because it all feels so new and weird x_x.
I'm still pre everything but that is one thing and probably most excited about is having the correct genitalia and being able to touch it
