Frank deserves one hell of a flogging,
Its obvious that he wanted to jettison the T
provision from the start and was only giving lip service to it initially.
He didn't expect that he'd find himself on the opposite end of the issue.

The president will not sign the bill so shut up Frank you fool.

No surprise he doesn't consider B or T to be his colleagues. Grrrr!  >:(
