I thought I saw a "do I pass" thread somewhere, but I do not remember where.
Here you go:

Thank you, but wasn't there another spot?

There is a parallel thread for FTM people, maybe you mean that ?
Since you are MTF the thread in the link would be the right one.
If you have questions concerning entering photos in the thread just ask.

Nope, that's the spot. Maybe post a few pics and get some feedback if that's what you want.
You know, blossom, you are investing an awful lot of anxiety into your appearance and whether this aspect or that aspect is "passable". I'd suggest that no one on this forum can really tell you why you "don't pass" without at least seeing you in person, seeing how you dress and how you interact with the outside world when in female mode. Try to see yourself as a whole person not various parts such as voice, hands, feet, whatever, and you will hopefully start to feel more integrated and gain internal strength from that.
Darn Ms. Grace, that was deep. I feel like I should be paying you a fee for what you said.
Do you have the possibility to make a movie of yourself ?
Yo might set up the webcam of your computer, if you have one, or use a camera with movie function.
Seeing yourself in a movie, walking and acting could reassure you.
It could also help trying out a few things.
And you might simply try to feel like a girl.
It should show outwards, in gate and mannerism.
Additionally there are findings that the brains of transgender people are those of the gender they identify with.
if you look into a mirror your eyes should be those of a girl.
You might try that for reassurance.

Wonderful advice.
Go with it girl .... 8)
well, making a movie might be a problem because I was on hrt from November 2007 to May 2012 and then stopped. So I'm not sure how much I've reverted. I had an orchiectomy though in July 2007, so I didn't get flooded with testosterone when I stopped estrogen.
You might give it a try.
If its not satisfactory you might try to improve one or two things.
Or simply scrap it :)
But you might try :)
