Just joined this board. Primarily to share my experiences and results with going to Buenos Aires to have FFS with Dr. Javier Rossi next month (surgery date April 20). I not found a tonne of helpful information out there for folks considering FFS related procedures and so thought I'd try to provide some unbias (as possible) insights and share my experiences.
About me: I'm a 35 year old grad school educated registered nurse in Toronto. I've lived more than half my life identifying as a girl and have been on the fence for years about whether to have any FFS procedures (I had an upper lip lift as a stand-alone procedure 10 years ago, but other than that haven't had anything). I'm slated to have a Type-III forehead procedure as well as a rhinoplasty and revision upper lip lift. I'm also toying with the idea of having some work done to my chin but I will decide when I consult in person with Dr. Rossi prior to the surgery.

I chose Dr. Rossi for a few reasons. One was an excellent, thorough, thoughtful, and detailed assessment that was ambitious but realistic. Amanda, who runs the T-Change website and is Dr. Rossi's contact person for those seeking FFS, is extremely helpful in all respects. A search found people generally happy with Dr. Rossi's results and the results of the photos that I saw showed excellent work with type-III forehead surgeries which is far and away my main 'problem area' you could say (i.e. if it weren't for my forehead I wouldn't be getting a rhinoplasty on its own and certainly wouldn't be flying halfway around the world to do it!). I also found the price competitive with Dr. Cardenas in Mexico (where my partner recently had surgery) and significantly less than Dr. DiMaggio who, I'll put it simply, has a God complex from the interactions I had with his team.
Anyhow, happy to hear from others who have gone to Dr. Rossi and answer any questions I can!
