Title: Liposuction for ALT? (Crane)
Post by: edwardee123 on April 01, 2016, 08:09:34 PM
I posted on the Yahoo group too, but I guess I'm gonna ask here too.
I'm planning to get ALT from Dr. Crane (I'm already done with consultation). My BMI is in early 20, so I'm pretty slim. But ALT goes pretty girthy even for slimmer guy. I'd like to lose fat on my thigh down to 6mm, but I have 4mm to lose. Since thigh fat is pretty hard to lose, I don't know if I'm gonna be able to lose that much of fat. I'm thinking about getting lipo between the stages or even before the first stage. Has anyone gotten lipo for ALT or knows anyone who got lipo? How was it aesthetic wise?

Thanks!

Crane does liposuction on ALT phalluses at a later stage to de-girth them. I think for most people it is done at the second stage. I would get in touch with him and see if there would be any harm in having lipo done prior to surgery.

My understanding is that it is done at the second stage.  Crane states that the size can be taken down up to 15%.  I don't know if he means that this can be done in one round of lipo, or not.  I was told by someone who had lipo with Crane taht it can take 6 month-1 year for it to settle completely down.
