Hi can they help to make a face less square ? Has anyone here used them? Thoughts appreciated, thanks ☺

They can but you should be careful when evaluating your own face. We have a habit of seeing more wrong with our face than there is. You should get the opinion of more than one expert before deciding what needs to be done as the less you do to reach a look, the better. I have seen people on the site who wanted everything, the doctor gave them only a few and the results were great.

Hormones alone make the face less angular, softer and rounder, more feminine. Over time.

Injectibles can help a great deal in terms of instant feminization.  Dr.s can augment cheeks, chins, give a brow lift type effect and help other facial areas.   I have used Radiesse, Sculptra, fat transfer & silicone (performed by a doctor).   They all have different pros/cons.  The benefit is that you can achieve a mild-moderate feminizing effect for a couple of thousand max.   The bad part is that all fillers are temporary and need to be re-upped.  Well, the silicone is not temporary, but very few MDs will use it these days.
