I had an Endo appointment the other day and while the nurse was checking my weight I asked her if she could check my height. She measured me at 5 feet 10.5 inches I used to be an even 6 feet, now I have 10 lbs to lose :-\

As a former 6 footer I see my shrinkage as slowly getting to my Goal Height of 5'5". Another 237 years to go :D
