I earlier wrote about the positive memorable moments but there were negatives that I had to overcome and here they are :
1. Had severe nausea when I woke post srs... I was prepared but it was bad.. I had severe nausea due to my non tolerance of morphine and it lasted 20 hours.
2. Back pain and insomnia due to no hormones, akin to menopause ..2 weeks post surgery till HRT started.
3. Too active after 1st dilation causing tears at the vag entrance. This was terrible as I had to dilate yet bear the pain of the tearing. This resulted in 24/7 pain for the next 3 weeks of dilation. This was the worst negative as I became a little depressed. Thank you Cindy for assuring me the pain would go.
4. Upset that my depth was 5 1/2 inches caused by my not forcing the dilation when in pain. But hard work and persistence over the.Following month got my depth back.
5. After 2 months had 5 days of post op depression .
6. Started exercising after 2 months and was upset at how weak and unfit I became.
All is now well
safe passage on the road to recovery. Good luck

I agree. Thanks for sharing your true life experiences.....I'm so glad for you that everything is working out OK now. Maybe all the tough stuff is behind you. I've had a facelift & lipo with tummy tuck surgery in the past 2 years. It's always tough healing up from any major surgery. Again, thank you for sharing.
