Sounds quite accurate for this dump of a country.
I teach here in a university. Fortunately or not, no complaint from students or parents regarding my wearing skirt during the class. (But some complaint from other professors. And a warning from the president regarding my posting photos of my wearing bikini in the beach in Facebook ;D).
