Susan's Place Transgender Resources

So I go to lunch as I have nothing to eat and both Krisri and Jilliean says I need some retail therapy.

My 1st thing is to have some lunch. Eventulay a dad with a little boy and girl sit next to me. The dad gets the a miskshake each - Chocolate for the boy and Strewbery for the girl. How tipical and shows what is expected of each gender. Then I think - I would much prefer strawbery and I always have - guess I am a typical girl. So I was wondering how everyone else here would do - do you fit your gender.

I did a bit of window shopping and book in to have my hair done tomorrow - I am so glad Alice is happy again.

I've never heard of a chocolate or strawberry preference for either gender. ??? Maybe strawberry for little girls because it's pink? :eusa_eh:

I doubt it though. My sister was all about pink - everything she owned had to be pink, from clothes to toys. And she always preferred chocolate.
I think it was like Redfish said - my parents always knew exactly what to order for my siblings and I. I've never ever heard of a flavor preference between genders. The only stereotype I've ever heard foodwise with regards to gender is that 'ladies' never clean their plate. ::)

Now strawberries, dipped in chocholate and hand fed by a real hunk of a guy....

I agree 100%.  Strawberry is wonderful, but totally pointless when there's chocolate available.  ;)

Incidentally Alice, this is a common belief in Latin America.  I guess it all revolves around the myth that all girls like pink (or red) and boys don't.  I don't know exactly.  Anyway, this girl likes chocolate!  :P

Seams like there are many Chocolate adicts here. Do not get me wrong - I do not mind chocolate bars etc. But when it comes to ice-cream and milkshakes I always have prefer Strawbberry

hmm - Maybe I should change my answer.

A lady here at work is selling Chocolate bars. I finished mine in about 30 mins(shoudn't it take a few days to fully enjoy). If I buy one tomorrow I will see how long it lasts  >:D  >:D.

Need to have my chocolate fix. That's the one thing that worries me about my new diet, I really really crave chocolate at least once per day, mabey every other day once in a great while.

Gotta go with chocolate, but strawberry shakes from In and Out Burger are awsome!

Mmm Dark chocolate and cherries. But my favorite shake is peanut butter. Yum!

I like chocolate too. 

Since "cleaning their plate" is one of the main reason people are getting fat,
I don't think that old food etiquette stands for ladies anymore.
They found out that no matter what plate size the restaurants give the clients,
they always finish it!! By not listening to their appetite and instead relying on
vision to assess what to eat, they've messed up their portion control.

As for me, I like cherry garcia ice cream or is it a frozen yogourt., man that's good :-).

Interesting poll. I've always preferred strawberry. I never thought of it as a gender thing. I just like strawberry ice cream, shakes, cheesecake, pop-tarts, and now the new Frosted Mini Wheats with strawberry glaze. I do prefer raspberry yogurt and cherry pop-tarts but....strawberry flavour usually over rules in everything else.

Every once in a while, I'm like a crack head in a Sudafed factory when I get around chocolate. I MUST have some now and then....but can usually satisfy the craving with a few bites and go for a while before it hits again.

I tend to get strawberry chocolate milkshakes when I'm at Sonic, ChikFila, Friendly's, Steak@Shake, or that icecream place that's everywhere, Bruster's.

I know I'm a bit LATE into this poll, but I saw chocolate and strawberry in the similar threads thingy at the bottom and couldn't resist.

I'm sad that there isn't an MtF loves chocolate and strawberry option.  :( I love both and I also really like the two mixed together, but then strawberries dipped in dark chocolate are what heaven was created for IMHO!

But as an "Icecream" flavor, I prefer chocolate.

... I myself like both depending on my mood. But I prefer strawberries usually. Actual strawberries. Not ice cream or artificial flavoring or anything. Just the fruit. But I love fruit in general.....

I forget what the name of the place was, but you could get a choc. shake with fresh strawberries mixed in it. Made like the old fashion kind of shakes. MMMmmm MMmmm Yummy  :laugh:
