Heya!

I was thinking about saving up for breast implants as people in my family tend to only reach B-cup max, meaning I'd end up with A-cups most likely (gotta get them double D's :3 ), so was wondering if anybody knew of any good UK surgeons (so I wouldn't have to keep going abroad if there were any complications)? :)

I have a Girlfriend that lives near Bournemouth and went to a Mr Ian Whitworth in Salisbury. I have seen her results and her D Cup breasts look absolutely fabulous:
