Title: Injection Site Pains
Post by: AshtonRose626 on April 22, 2016, 09:23:09 PM
Hey all! I just wondered if there is anything I can do about muscle soreness where I am giving myself my T shots. I tried aspirin but found no relief, sadly I'm on my feet all day so the pain is very noticeable after awhile. Anyone have any remedies or know of anyway to help soothe the soreness? Thanks :)!

There is already a discussion going on about the same subject.

Everything posted in the thread Dena linked you to.

On days when I'm already not feeling 100%, I ice my leg before and after the shot and take a pain killer before and that seems to help take the edge off.
