Their leading thinkers aren't just saying deadly violence is an option, they are stating that it is a moral imperative.

And practically no one is calling them on this. Not one of the LGBT civil rights groups. Not the Human Rights Campaign, not GLAAD. At a time when the movement is struggling to come up with a counter narrative to the "bathroom predator" myth, these organizations are ignoring the opportunity to point out that the people pushing anti-transgender narratives and bills are encouraging the public killing of anyone thought to be transgender, and dares to use a bathroom.

The movement and the media are ignoring this even when social conservatives are blatantly using the same tactics as the worst violators of human rights in Western history.

Do trans lives matter? Sure.

But apparently only enough to the ones doing the dying.

The wingnuts have lost every single civil rights battle. Now they have one even the non-radically self-righteous can get behind. With time and education, they'll lose this one too. But how many lives will be ruined or destroyed in the process?
