I'm lined up for doing body and facial fem in later May. It's pretty much all lipofill work so I'll be black and blue all over. They are going to remove from my belly, sides, back, upper back and front of the armpit. Then they turn it into a slurpee and put the junk into my trunk. This girl is going to get a booty!
I'm also getting lip shaping/fill and a touch under my eyes since I look like Skeletor due to hollow eyes. The only thing that isn't lipo is brow lift. While I'm tall (6') I'm 'lucky' in that my bones are fairly fem. I just need to move some flesh around..
Has anybody else tried to do so much lipo at one time?
Oh yes, this is with Dr Mangubat near Seattle and it looks like I will have it partially covered by insurance which is a huge help.

I am guessing you will have a lengthy recovery time but with time that all goes away and hopefully you obtain the desired results. Hopefully they are giving you a discount for multiple procedures at once. Best wishes on the least amount of pain as possible.
Thanks girls. I'm worried about the pain but trying hard to not think about it until it's too late. If I can get past this then I hopefully have a more appropriate figure for the rest of my life.
I have to admit that the thought of wearing compression garments for a few months in the summer almost sounds worse than the upfront pain.
I'll put up some before and after sequences in case anybody else is thinking of doing it.
I have surgery tomorrow. It will last from 6 to 7 hours.
To prepare for the surgery I had to stop estrogen, alcohol, vitamins, and fish oil a few weeks in advance. I was able to keep my spiro up until today. I miss my estrogen but can start taking it again 3 days after the surgery.
Now that the surgery is here I am excited but have a small bit of that feeling I had right before going full time. It is the first time in multiple months I questioned who I am and the path I am on. I feel like I'm going to shed a large part of my male'ness or some such thing.
I took some before pics this evening. I'll take a few more pics after a couple of weeks and then again in a month when I can stop wearing the compression garment.

Thanks for all the well wishes. Wow, this is rough. I may have over reached. Surgery was 8 hours.
The worst part in the first 3 days has been the grown swelling.
Also, for the first time in a long time I have had to stand to pee.
The drugs really wipe me out.
Yes, it will be very worth it later. Just a bit rough now.
Hang in there, take each day at a time, and realize as you go forward as the pain decreases you are also one day closer to the real you. Hugs

Again thanks for all the well wishes. They definitely help. Looking ahead is what gets me past now.
Today is 9 days from surgery and is the first day that I am glad I did this.
It wasn't easy to get here though. Without getting graphic, the mental impact of the swelling is not to be underestimated. I have been living full time since Oct and this put me back for a few days to where I was mentally over a year ago. Not fun. As I healed, got off of pain meds and got closer to normal things righted themselves.
I still plan to put up some pics in a couple of weeks or so. I don't get out of the garment for another 2.5 weeks so any pics now don't show my results really.
If anybody wants details on the surgery and healing just PM me. I decided that the details were probably not awesome to put in the forum.
Was it worth it, yes. Would I do it again knowing how it went, no. Likely that second answer will change but not right now.
It took 2.5 weeks but yea, I'd do it all again.
The turning point was a shower. I don't know why that shower was any different than the day before or day before that but it was. Just being in an almost totally female body made my eyes water. I need the SRS to finish the job but wow, the simple joy of being me. I could wear a 2 piece now and will only get better in the next month or so.
So what is different you might as from before.
- my butt lift didn't add too much but it's rounded without the huge side dimples on my cheeks. Blame my skin being too tight for it being bigger
- my abs, flanks and back are far better and are now smaller than my hips/butt
- my breasts are fuller, better rounded and show properly against my ribs.
- my face is more feminine (fuller lips, eyebrow, better defined chin)
Yea, it hurt a lot and was rough but, I am very happy.
The doctors and staff were great to work with and did a wonderful job.
Pictures still to follow. I'm going to wait until I get out of my superhero outfit (compression outfit) which is another 1.5 weeks.
