I stayed with some friends the other night, and on the way home stopped at a Starbucks for something to eat. I was wearing my disguise clothes, which means ratty jeans, a tight t-shirt, and a loose sweatshirt. I had a short silver chain on, with a charm, but the charm was hidden beneath the sweatshirt. Anyway, I get questioning looks fairly often because of my haircut, but I don't think I look at all female yet.
All the baristas were hanging out just talking, so the manager says, "Carrie, would you help this woman?" Or, I *think* she did. The problem is that she wasn't very loud, and I could easily have misheard her. Carrie came over and took my order, looking somewhat freaked out. I used my male voice and my male name (and the men's bathroom) and that was the end of that, except for the delicious breakfast sandwich.
Of course, earlier in the weekend, at my friends' house, I changed from my disguise clothes into a blouse and long skirt, and their little dog went from very comfortable with me to barking like crazy. He didn't stop growling and yapping at me for a couple of hours after that...
I'll count it. :)

Meghan,
Definitely count it. It's funny you mention the dog's behavior. When I first went on hrt I had a couple of dogs single me out to bark at. They are very perceptive little buggers. Good for you!
