One of the things I am most worried about transitioning is whether or not i will look good as a woman. Is there a website or an app that I can use to predict what I will look like while on HRT? Or if i upload my selfie here would you be able to tell me how I might look?
Short answer, no. Plus, not all women look good, it doesn't make them less of a woman. You need to analyze why you want to transition with hormones. Because even if they make you look great, you're going to turn into a wrinkly old prune, just like everyone else in human history. Sorry to break the news! :laugh:

There's pretty much no way to know for sure (except to go on HRT for a few years...)
Everyone is different and will react differently. HRT won't do anything to change bone structure of the face or body.
Check out the before and after section to get a sense of what it can do. Keep in mind that HRT isn't the only aspect of transition. Most people do not rely on it alone to look feminine and great.
If you want the truth, most transgender will never reach the "blend, awesome , gorgeous, star" appearance even with surgeries. There is only a small percentage. You have to accept this and normally people who transition are so unhappy in their male body that they dont care about this. They prefer being soso woman then living another day the Hell by being so uncomfortable in their trapped body. This was my case, i looked so male before transition but i did it anyway... cant be happier today.
No you cant predict how you will turn out. Some get insane results, some barely get any changes but one thing is sure... If you take the decision to transition and this is what you truly want, you will be happier no matter what and with time it will only get better.
The only thing you can predict is if you will need surgeries by looking at your bone structure. Some facial features are unaffected from hormones : Nose, forehead and eyebrow bossing, adam's apple, chin . Those are most popular surgeries for transwoman.
So even if I look pretty feminine now, when I start HRT I still might not look the way I want to?

I would think it does.
But its difficult to say as a general rule. It depends on genetics, form of hrt, etc.
I'd say post a photo and ask for peoples opinions.

well results are sometimes not to be taken too serious there .. so I'd say ask for other peoples opinions.
Also inner feeling shows to the outside. Try to feel like a girl inside ... how you are . Without exaggeration. It shows to the outside, in gait ad mannerism.

In reality the way you do your makeup can make a huge difference; have a look at drag makeup, yes the eye stuff is ott and some of it is a little rediculous but just your everyday drag makeup and look at the features; some of the more masculine facial features can turn out to be really feminine assets :) Good luck!! xx

Funny thing about that. I've been on HRT for more than a few years and I've no idea what I look like. Its quite the mystery.

I'd say it's a mind boggling mystery
So far they've made me look like a woman, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately they made me look like my sister's twin. Not cool!
I worry that I'll wind up with my mom's body and my face. I'll be in therapy FOREVER!
I sometimes dabble with virtual FFS, usually reshaping of features... if you want, I can tweak a face picture for potential fat redist... but it's clearly not guaranteed and is purely a guestimate. this is an example of a virtual FFS I did to myself.
