Basically what exercises are needed to de-bulk. Any exercise I do just seems to be giving more muscle in places I don't want. Would biking be good for getting a less manly body?
Any exercise you do will promote the preservation of muscle mass.
The only thing you can do is eat healthily, maintain a healthy weight, exercise aerobically at least minimally, and wait for the HRT to have its effect. This may take several years.
The only other thing you could do is starvation to induce catabolization except that will wreck your health in the process.

I know this is a relatively old post, but, fwiw, I would focus on using lower weight and higher repetitions. It develops the muscles, of course, but in a leaner way. Personally, I do higher weight and lower repetitions for strength, lower weight plus speed for power, and cardio for burning off the fat. If you're looking for a more feminizing way to work out, implement more squats, lunges, reverse hyperextensions, and hip raises (glute bridge?). Essentially, focus more on the lower body and less on the upper body for more lean curves in the lower body. Lighter weights for upper body won't hurt, either, if you still want them in there. Just my 2¢.
