Just a quick question.
I was wondering whether exercising will improve or speed up the effects of HRT?
Ive been going to dance classes for over two years, and have recently started going to fitness classes, mainly to improve my confidence! But will this help with HRT aswell?

Squats will give your hips and bum more size and definition.
There is speculation that suggests working out excessively (what ever that would be) and being thin may make less fat available for boobs and butt development and then that could be more "urban legend" sort of advice.
Being active and staying toned seems like great lifestyle choices...take my advice, I'm not using it ;D >:-) :angel:
