Your T is right in the middle of the normal male range. Generally, it should be below around 50. Sometimes it takes a while to get it down. So depending on where it was in the beginning and how long you've been on HRT that number may be an issue. Your E is higher than usual for HRT but still within an acceptable range.
I am not a Dr. so take my opinion with a huge grain of salt.

I will ask my Dr. But I am seeing changes I have all ready nicknamed by breasts itchy and scratchy and my mood has improved starting on Sunday as I posted in another thread I feel the most at peace and happy than I have ever felt in my life so it is working. I will call tommorow and check if I need to change how I take my Spironolactone or if I need to go up

Male range for free T is 300 to 890 ng/dl. Yours is 576 ng/dl.
Male range for test ,free (calc) is 47 to 244 pg/ml. Yours is 89 pg/ml.
Male range for testosterone, % free (calc) is 1.6 to 2.9. Yours is 1.5%.
These numbers are from my last lab test and may reflect age norms. But your ranges shouldn't be much different.
As a comparison my levels after 14 months are:
T, Total. 19 ng/dl
T, free (calc). 1.3 pg/ml
T, % free (calc). 0.7%

Happy, I was wondering how I could be experiencing changes with those numbers

I was just rereading this and when posting it I was concerned about the T levels and did not register the comment about my Estradiol level. I would like to ask at what point should I question it? I had a above average E level pre h.r.t..
