Title: What to do next help
Post by: Xhianil on June 08, 2016, 04:16:47 AM
Lately I've been stuck and unable to figure out what course of action to take, all bleak and hopeless it seems, more so with depression spiking to high levels, does anyone know any resources to help one figure out how to help themselves?

What course of action is causing you to have such a dilemma?

Depression can often make it difficult to see solutions and make decisions, I'd suggest talking to your therapist or counsellor or doctor about the best way to deal with your depression first.

I have been away so am now just catching up on what I have missed...I I take it you are living somewhere where you don't want to be at the moment. Is this likely to be a long term thing for you...you said you don't have the money to see the Dr nor the anti depressants medication. Is there someone who can help you out in the short term to get your meds and see if that helps..if you feel better you may see a better way forward. Depression is horrible and very debilitating. It should not be left untreated...so anyone at at all who may lend you a hand? Parents? sorry is thats a horrible suggestion, Are you wanting to transition? What is the biggest thing in your eyes that would help you get on with your life?

Let me put it simply, Tonight my father and his girlfriend got in a fight and hit each other several times, and at this point its not a uncommon occurrence, So not exactly the safest/stress free/ stable situation over here. Nothing I can do about the depression except fix the stuff that causes it and maybe medication. Yes i want to, badly, but money and my current house have kept me from doing so. Getting payed a living wage, figuring out housing, ect.
