I took my first hormone tablet about august of 1977. I was off hormones for the last 10 years and have been on them for about 4 months. My boobs are a little sore and itch. I figured out that the standard estradiol tablet I take now is far more effective than twice the dosage I took before so I am finishing off what I started many years ago. Breast take a long time to reach full development and if you have discontinued a blocker, it's possible estrogen is now more effective than before.
After 7 years I can say for me it goes in spurts. Sometimes related to general mood, seasons/physical activity, other dietary?
And of course, nailing a nip on the corner of the car door :o
Pretty sure they can be sore FOR NO REASON AT ALL. /venting
It takes several years for cis-women to develop breasts. Because our E level is often lower, it can take longer for us.
Check for lumps. If it bothers you, a mammogram is reasonable.
