Title: Post op update... body changes
Post by: Keri on June 15, 2016, 01:10:54 PM
Ok
So my body is changing faster since surgery.
My bottom is huge.. and growing... not good.  My hips are bigger.. and thats good.
My thighs are filling out nicely.
I do not gain weight in the belly.. and my upper body is getting smaller.
For example, I was always top heavy.. and when I would do a sit up I had to have my legs under something.. now not so much.. bigger downstairs and smaller upstairs.

I am tired a lot.. I seem to need a lot of sleep.. I do go out a lot and party... so that may be part of it and I can't forget my age either.

I am certain I have had some mental changes too.... something about the finality of it all and just getting into a normal routine as a woman and being treated as one.
I have really come out of my shell and become even more girly.. I am able to give myself permission to be me.. as I always really was.

Life sure is wonderful.. most the time..  I healed up well and that I am grateful for.

Keri

very cool!  Congrats on such a positive follow up.
It has to feel nice to be on the other side of things and just able to be yourself.  I'm looking forward to it.

congratulations on the changes. Now that I'm post op I'm actually hoping my behind gets a bit bigger  ;) I'm only two months post-op but already feel much more confident and happy with my body.

Whoah all that really happens?! ^^ I guess we all have something to look forward to when we go in for it. That's pretty amazing although, I'm all ready there needing lots of sleep. I got pretty sick when I ended up working two full time jobs awhile ago. I could barely get 2-4 hours a day having to work in between so not much room for recovery. Not getting enough hours of sleep does take it's toll on the body as well as age is a contributing factor in it.

Take care!

Yup in my opinion depending on ones age starting, post-op changes are much more satisfying than pre-op.  You are no longer fighting those toxic chemical factories churning out pollution internally!

I've experienced hip growth, boob growth, hair growth on the head, and hair diminishing elsewhere. Quite happy :)  15 + years post.  Time spent is time invested ^_^
