On my tests, with online results, the testosterone and estrogen numbers are the last ones to show up after a blood draw, taking about 2 days.  Some numbers like electrolytes come from simple, fast tests and show up in a few hours.

I think it was 3 or 4 days but I was setting up a new lab account as the first lab didn't do estrogen. Another complicating factor is the first lab was involved in a bit of a scandal which didn't affect my results but it may have caused doctors to switch to the new lab and they might have been overloaded.

The earliest I've ever had it come back was 2 days after the blood draw. The latest was a full 5 business days.

Don't use online but usually 2-3 days tops for results to GP with a copy to me.
