Bio identical progesterone vs Proluton depot
What do you think would be the difference?

Both forms of progestogens appear to be quite safe, according to studies and anecdotal evidence. Proluton is not bio-identical progesterone and is given in the form of intramuscular shots. Proluton lasts longer than bio. As always, discuss these options with your doctor.

While many progestins are "safe", no progestin behaves exactly like natural bio-identical progesterone.  Do discuss your options with your doctor, however.
