Welcome aboard Tysilio, glad to have you along and look forward to working with you
We definitely have been needing more active FtM Mods on the boards
Hugs

Welcome to the slave labor Global Moderator job. A word of warning. If you see Devlyn heading for you with the branding iron, get out of there as fast as you can. That thing hurts.
Shhh. Those are inside secrets. He isn't supposed to know tell after the fact. Welcome to the Mod Squad Tysilio. Hugs

Thanks, ladies! I'm honored to be here, and I'm looking forward to pestering you with questions and generally making a nuisance of myself as I get up to speed with my new gig.
Let me know what your favorite beverages are -- I assume that as the newbie, it's my job to keep the fridge in the staff lounge stocked.
Watch out for Cindy. She has rather expensive tastes in the finer alcoholic beverages but you might be able to slip some of the cheaper stuff in there after a few. As for Devlyn, it's only the finer stuff in the coffee maker. The rest of us aren't all that fussy.
Hmmm. I don't think that is completely true. I drink water completely devoid of everything. No minerals, no nothing. It has to be completely pristine in every way. Hugs

Not much for alcohol these days, but I do like something with my dinner and maybe a couple in the evening but no hard alcohol thanks
Kinda fussy about my morning coffee though, whole bean dark French or Italian roast fresh ground and brewed with a dollop of real half and half
Also love a nice cappuccino or macchiato but haven't had one of those in years
You have to make cookies for all the admins too :) Glad you're here!
Welcome Tysilio and thank you.
Congrats, Tysillo!!!! :)
Yays! Sorry I'm late, but I had to pick up the brand spanking new "BRAND SPANKING NEW MODERATOR" branding iron at the shop! >:-) Tysilio, I'd ask you left cheek or right cheek, but this puppy is going to get you everywhere!
Coffee, black with sugar for me. ;D
Hugs, Devlyn
Be careful with that thing, Devlyn, or someday, all you'll find will be Folger's. I have a long memory. (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fthefiringline.com%2Fforums%2Fimages%2Fsmilies%2Ftongue.gif&hash=635dd8fbd198d13e75e7b21e12e5f405e686d654)
Mariah, the finest distilled water for you. Check. I think there's some next to the ironing board.
Thanks for the welcome and the support, everyone!! Tysilio,
Welcome and thanks for jumping in. I was a little distracted between work and a few other things when you came on. I am sure others have helped out quite a bit. Having just been trained I am pretty new yet but willing to help out where I can if you have questions or just need to vent. In fact new enough that I think I'm still fetching baked goods and coffee myself...
Hope it goes easily for you.
With warmth,
Joanna

Oh dear Tysilio what have you gotten in to? Seems like a too frisky bunch of cats to corral. ;)
Thank you for taking on this significant role for our Place in the sunlight.

It's good that you thought better of that one, Devlyn... (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fthefiringline.com%2Fforums%2Fimages%2Fsmilies%2Fbiggrin.gif&hash=fa2db8a2d15c338f95b7a2cbcb46a673a808a937)

I know, Tessa, and here you thought I was halfway smart... (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fthefiringline.com%2Fforums%2Fimages%2Fsmilies%2Fwink.gif&hash=fd49c1687b59c0ea097a7b4f1ed562a996fdaf5c)
Joanna, thanks for the welcome! I'm already learning from your posts in the Mod section, and I will definitely appreciate any words of wisdom.
I'm getting up to speed sort of slowly, but I'm working on it. The new dog isn't making it easier -- she's a bit needy (separation anxiety), and it's taking time to help her settle in and feel calm.
This is my new little girl Sophie... (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fthefiringline.com%2Fforums%2Fimages%2Fsmilies%2Fsmile.gif&hash=2c5a4907e2673dfa63557696254abe82f5c9641e)

Nice looking dog! :)
She's a total sweetie! (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fthefiringline.com%2Fforums%2Fimages%2Fsmilies%2Fsmile.gif&hash=2c5a4907e2673dfa63557696254abe82f5c9641e)
She's six years old, a wee (40 lbs) German shorthaired pointer.
What a lovely looking dog you have Tysilio. Hugs
Mariah
Puppy! ;D ;D ;D
Sophie sure looks like a sweetie and probably feels nice to have a short haired girl with all the humidity and such lately?
