Title: Concerns With SRS
Post by: Rose_Snowflake on June 23, 2016, 09:43:03 PM
So my problem is that when i was very young I had a circumcision. Said circumcision was botched spectacularly. As a result my penis has very little skin, some of it extremely thin. I want to eventually get SRS, but i don't particularly want a skin graft. What can i do?

Welcome to Susan's Place. There are a couple of options without a vagina but I assume they are not on your list. if PI is out, and there is enough scrotum, that can be used in construction of the vagina. The other option some doctor offer is using a section of your colon for the vagina. The colon surgery has some complications associated with it but on the plus side, it's fully self lubricating. You should review this with several surgeon and decide which is the best. Some doctors are known for reconstruction and revision so they would be the best to consider because they are used to adjusting the surgery to your need.

The Thai surgeons and hospitals are all very helpful if you send them an e mail with your concerns.  I suggest you send an e mail to PAI and Yanhee hospital just to see what they say.. you will get a professional answer .

I've seen posts by people who sent to Suporn in Thailand with circumcision. No grafts, but it does compromise the aesthetics. I think the labia is not as good or something, but he tends towards large labia so perhaps its not a problem if you're not into that sort of thing?
