I'm pre everything cuz I was losing weight, but now that the fat is not there anymore I realized I have super broad shoulders and huge rib cage! (I always tought I was wide due obesity) my ribcage looks even more wide than most of men, I feel like a ->-bleeped-<- every time I see myself at the mirror. I know that hormones won't change that terrible barrel chest, so is there a surgery to reduce the rib cage width? my face already looks feminine but my body... ugh... Welcome to Susan's Place. I also have the same issues and I can't think of a surgery that would make much difference. My solution to the problem is a loose fitting blouse with short or long sleeve. HRT redistribution of fat has helped my wast a little and weight gain on my upper legs has also improved my body appearance. Like any CIS woman there will be fashions that don't work and others that do. The trick is to learn what works for you and hope it's the current style.
