Title: Increases in low dose HRT
Post by: Charla on July 04, 2016, 07:02:47 AM
Has anyone who is not planning on transitioning right away asked their doctor to increase their HRT dosages because the low dose regime was no longer helping to control their GID?  Did you find that your body and mind developed a tolerance for the low dose?
Thanks!

I did low dose for about 5 years before increasing it. About 2 years ago I changed to a high transitioning level of HRT.

I was on a low dose for about a year and asked to go to a medium dose which helped. I asked for the increase because I felt the testosterone coming back.
