My biacromial is 14.5 inches, from the outer to outer shoulder is 16.5 inches. Bust is 35.5, waist is 28.5, upper hips 37 inches, lower hips 40 inches. Im 5'6 1/2, 142 lbs and 25 years old. Ive been on HRT for 2 years. So are my shoulders wide? I keep checking everywhere online and anthropometry sites and they say 14.5 biacromial is average for females but i have a hard time believing this. I guess im just not trusting what im reading online.

I do not think the shoulder width itself matters so much. For beauty and passing, the ratio of shoulder to waist width is far more critical.

What barbie said and without pics its hard to give any answers.
Yeah, it's definitely about proportions as much as anything - my wife has 22" shoulders but that goes along with 46" hips (which is to say, about 22" measured across the front only) and a 28" waist, so nobody's ever even noticed that she has very wide shoulders. (My shoulders went from 20" to about 16" on HRT, and my hips went from 34" to now around 40", so I look pretty balanced as well.)
