Title: first week on progynon depot IM
Post by: Rafaela on July 09, 2016, 05:41:23 PM
Hi people, I posted something here the other day but must have inadvertently broken a TOS rule, so I'll leave it alone, but suffice to say I recently got my first delivery of IM EV. just looking to gather a few experiences in the one spot, ie what have you noticed about EV vs patches or pills, and emotionally/physically what were your results...
And sorry for whatever I said about it last time through   :-\

Hi,

I was on E pills for a year then went on EV IM for over 2 years. I am on a high dose. I feel much better on IM than pills. I had to go to 10 day cycle from 14 day cycle (with dr permission) to reduce the lows.

Where I come from rules are... simply meant to broken. Unless....

I survived 40 plus years of life by breaking rules. By going on and eventually off E in the Herculean effort of wanting to "Be Normal". Several years ago it all finally caught up to me and.... I ordered E again

Funny thing though.... It isn't going to really fix things. It is like putting a Band-Aide on a gaping wound. It simply buys time.

If you are truly GD, having the right hormones in your system will help. Getting help without knowing what to really do.... Can you say "recipe for disaster"?  I know, In hindsight, I sure can. To really cope with the GD takes more then HRT. It helps. It can help immensely. It can help you see another dawn.  But, it is not the fix

The real fix is from the inside.  And that... Takes work and time. HRT buys the time but doesn't fix the hole in your boat
