Today on my "workation" I went to the barber shop. A young Middle Eastern Nick Jonas look alike was cutting a mans hair. The man I sat next to offer me a cigerette in conversation and then later as I was getting my haircut done the customer came to give me coffee as an Arabic greeting.
The cute barber then told me I was beautiful as I said the country I was in was beautiful.
It made me felt good. He is the first man to tell me that phrase. I feel bad that it was a once in a lifetime meeting though. Yes. I doubt he realize it was a homosexual comment since I think men are more comfortable expressing statements like that without fear.
Several years ago I was driving through "No-Wheres-Ville" WV and one of those ubiquitous church signs said "You Are Beautiful....."
A short while ago I opened a package of "Yogi" tea. There are 'Pithy' sayings on the tags. This time it was.... "You are beautiful".
The first time I had doubts... The second I figured I better listen
