Title: A Wonderful Lunch Today
Post by: BeverlyAnn on July 21, 2016, 08:44:03 PM
We met some friends (mother and daughter) today for lunch.  The mom was Debra's best friend when we lived in Florida.  I coached the mom's son (who came out as gay a few years ago) and my son in T-ball in 1977 when they were 6 and  the daughter was two years old (she's now 41)..  Anyway both of them know I'm trans and we had a great conversation at lunch today.  I also found out that one of the mom's co-workers has a MtF daughter who is going back to college this fall as her true self.  Plus the daughter's son is now dating a woman who began transition three years ago.  We were just one big happy rainbow today!  LOL When they were leaving both mom and daughter hugged me and the daughter said she was so happy for me.  Such a wonderful feeling.

Yes. A great story. Rare, but not implausible. Love.
