Title: Moms home health aide was in my room
Post by: Elena1270 on August 07, 2016, 11:05:38 AM
Not sure if this is the right place for this post but here we go. I was hospitalized two weeks ago due to renal failure and shock. I did get moms meds out of my room and shut the door but I ran out of nasal spray. I thought there was a bottle in the bathroom closet, but I was wrong. So moms home health aide went into my room to look for some. The problem is, I had a bra, panties and pantyhose on my chair and some "girl juice" in my night table. She of course, went through my night table and there is no way she could not see the female clothes on my chair, so she definitely knows I am trans. I am not sure what to do here. She has still been friendly and she did bring me nasal spray at the rehab center, but then the also brought the check book so she could get paid. Right now I am just avoiding the topic. Maybe thats the best course of action. What say you all?

Maybe you ought to just tell her the truth, if this incident bothers you this much, and get it off of your chest. You'll stress yourself out if you keep this worry internalized. That's one of the biggest reasons I came out of the closet to some people, depending on the situation.

I think if it really makes any difference to her she would have quit by now. Most people are reasonably accepting so if you want to stop worrying about it, tell her and get it over with.
