Congratulations on your appointment but remember that this will take time so relax and enjoy the ride. Find something to do between now and your appointment that will keep you  occupied and distracted. Do this and before you know it you will be in the doctors office. It's much like waiting for christmas takes forever but waiting for school to start comes far to soon.

I'm  in Sydney but I hear he's good, the only problem being the wait and that's not his fault.

I've been seeing Dr Lyons since April and he's really good.  It took me a little while to be completely comfortable as I was nervous too.  But the staff and Dr Lyons do make you feel at ease.  I think when you get your first appointment they preschedule another 3 at fortnightly intervals.  However because I couldn't make one they rescheduled another one a fortnight after my last.  Also I'm from Mount Gambier so they tried to make the appointments around 12:00 so I could drive up and back in a day.  Currently I'm seeing him every couple of months via skype.
