I've almost passed several times before, but when I talked they'd say sorry and call me ma'am. Today I had to run a couple errands, and at the first place, which was a home improvement store, I got called ma'am, but the clerk was being a jerk all the way around. However, the other two places I got called sir even after talking. :)

I've noticed in the last week or so that my voice is getting deeper than it was, but I didn't think it was deep enough to pass yet.

Nice to hear you've been able to pass.
The voice problem seems to really common, though... it's the thing that may be hardest to change easily.
