Would the male lesbian look work? You know, kind of femmy hair, soft butch clothing? Layers, plaid outer shirts, bandanas, wife beaters or muscle shirts. When men wear styles associated with lesbians it ends up looking a bit feminized but not really female.

Wearing jewellery can help femme up an outfit! You could try some necklaces, bracelets or bangles. Some rings could work too.

Maybe try some pretty earrings? Do you have your ears pierced? If not clip ons can look really great.

You could wear clothes that have a more feminine fit? Womens jeans can really help because the pockets are situated to make your butt look really perky. if you can find a pair that fit you nicely it'll make your outfit feel more femme without screaming girl.

I've just bought some men and women's 'longline' jumpers; ones that go just past your hips; so you're sorta wearing a dress but it still counts as a top.

I've also recently had my ears pierced (make sure you do it a piercing studio who use needles) which has helped massively in making me feel less boxed into the masculine role. I'm considering also getting my navel pierced but it's a bigger commitment.

You could try hair bands if you have longish hair. You could also get a bracelet or watch.
