Title: Centurion, ring mea, DHT, and sex
Post by: Cai on October 07, 2016, 09:35:50 AM
Which procedure will result in a thicker phallus? Centurion or ring meta?

About DHT -- does it work? Has anyone used or know someone that used/uses DHT to increase clitoris growth? If so, what are the results? Is it good?

And I'm sure this has been asked before, but is it possible to have sex after a ring meta or a centurion? Because I've looked online and the average length is about 1.5 inches. Is that long enough to penetrate? If so, how?

I would do a phalloplasty, but I won't be able to due to the financial burden. Being able to penetrate and standing to void are very important to me.

Almost positive that Centurion results in a girthier phallus.

I've heard DHT does work, but everyone I know that's used it has also complained a lot about hair loss. So if your hair is important to you, I wouldn't consider DHT as an option.

Penetration is possible for some guys. Some of it has to do with length, some of it has to do with positioning. You'd have to choose a position that enables penetration. I'm not sure it'd be possible with a male partner just due to anatomy, but it should work with a female. Especially if she's on top.

I did say some though. Not everyone can. If penetration is one of your top three must-have's in your bottom surgery priorities list, I would consult with a surgeon before you make a final decision. All the surgeons I've consulted with have cited a 10% plus or minus change in size with metoidioplasty post-op.

If you'd be saving up for meta anyway, why not just save up for an insurance plan that would pay for whichever procedure you need? I guarantee it'd be cheaper in the long run.

As for the thicker phallus I don't know. I am going to assume it would be centurion though.
I had meta and it's pretty girthy, definitely a lot more girth than before.

DHT, yes it works. I know some guys get lots of growth on DHT while others get minimal. I did my first round of DHT just before I was two years on testosterone and I doubled in length after that round. I did a second round just before three years on testosterone and got even more growth. I know DHT works it's best if you are less than two years on testosterone.

Personally I wouldn't base your surgeon in what type of meta they do (ring, centurion). I would base it on the overall result you want. If you have girth and length you are satisfied with pre-op your post-op length and girth should be greater.

I know of two guys who can penetrate although only in certain positions. 1.5" is what they have approx.
