Just curious.
I have probably seen more in my second year than I did the first year, but really haven't paid that close of attention to how much came from what year. Hugs

I was on spiro for 25 years for heart problems before starting HRT two months ago so I got sort of a running start. My kids called them "man boobs" and they have been a source of laughter for quite a long while. I can now feel structure being added underneath, My breasts are getting rounder, perky and the nips are more erect like I am trapped in a freezer. For this reason I wear mostly sweat shirts instead of t-shirts because I'm afraid someone might say something. My size is just a tick under c cup which in itself is pretty amazing. I figure I prayed for these and God finally got around to passing em out.

I'm much too skinny to have noticeable breasts, being 5' 10" and 140 lbs.

Slow growth during first year... Good burst at 1.5 year mark after GRS and then more good growth during the second year.... Getting close to three years now and still growing...I'm same size as Sandboxed ... 5' 9" and 140.... I actually hope I don't grow that much more and look top heavy... I am glad I resisted the urge to get BA and gave the hormones time to work their magic!!!

First year but then noticed breast growth spurts several times since, in 2007, then in 2013. I'm 12 yrs post-HRT. Regimen was modified several times.
This is really an odd post here, probably. For a long time, I've been on a constant-dosage regimen of estradiol with finasteride until I became post-orchie 10 years ago, and then for the last 10 years, I was on a constant-dosage regimen that was slightly lower and minus the finasteride. That totals over 18 years. I had SOME breast development and feminization, but in recent years, something has not been right. I lost some development, and I suspected recently that I had developed estrogen insensitivity.
I changed to an estrogen-cycling regimen on August 7 this year. Later on, I added in progesterone mid-cycle on October 16th, and cycling that as well. Just from cycling the estrogen in the first two cycles, I noticed a lot more tenderness than I ever have experienced before (painful, and sometimes itchy), and growth took off again. By the middle of the third cycle, I realized that I had more breast development than before, so this is new to me. I will keep posting from time to time what is happening, as I may have stumbled on the physiological puzzle piece that completes the HRT picture for transwomen. At least for me, it's working. It also has impacted my daily experience of life in a very positive way. Now that I've cycled the estrogen through 3 cycles, I don't seem to notice a mental change as a result of the rising and dropping levels of estrogen. I will need more time to see for sure.
For me most of my growth was in the first year. By the end of my first year, I was already at a C cup. I started at the age of 21
I started HRT, and within a month I was at a A cup, B cup by end of month 3 (That was a painful 3 months).. then things slowed down, by end of year 1 C cup.. then things slowed down and I managed a D cup by the end of year 2. My breasts were very pointy at this time.
Now almost 6 years since starting, still a D cup, but they become fuller and rounder. My breasts resemble a cis-woman of my age. I know this because I do sun bathe topless with my cis-women friends and my breasts don't stand out.
