Is there an effective way to do that?
Jumping into ice water seems to be pretty effective. ;)
On HRT, the combination of androgen blockers and estrodiol causes the testicles to shrink, but the process takes place over many months. The penis and scrotum won't shrink much, but that's a good thing for those of us hoping for SRS, as the surgery needs those tissues to be rebuilt into the parts we want down there.
I was on finasteride for 6 years at a high dosage before officially starting HRT, and it pre-shrunk the testicles eventually for me. It also produced gynecomastia in me, which I didn't mind. I considered it a running start. :)

I am hoping that it will produce noticeable gynecomastia for me. :)
ive only been on HRT a few months and the testies have shrunk way more then i thought they would but not much shrinkage of the other part which is good for when SRS comes up
Archives of Sexual Behavior, VoL 15, No. 2, 1986
"Estrogen therapy reduced testicular volume by approximately 25% (p < 0.05, by paired t test), generally within the first year of treatment."
"Neither body weight nor penis length were changed"
"The appearance of the male genitalia is not changed greatly by estrogen
therapy. The 25% reduction in testicular size can be appreciated clinically,
however, and some patients consider this reduction a sign of progress. Sup-
'pression of spontaneous erections has been reported in many patients, but
not all, and erections usually continue to occur during periods of sexual excitement.
Incomplete suppression of sexually induced erection is not surprising
since erections still occur in men with a concentration of testosterone below
100 ng/dl"
I am post-op, my T is very low (8 ng/dl), still get aroused and clitoral erections (engorgement).
Please note anti-androgens were not used and only estrogen, sometimes at very high doses. T levels got suppressed to less than 100 ng/dl, down to 30 ng/dl.
