I took my spironolactone and estradiol tonight and then ate 5 mins later then had watery diarrhea 40 mins later. Do y'all think it affected my pills because it has me worried.

Seems unlikely! And even if it did, losing part of a single dose wouldn't affect anything.

I very highly doubt those medications had anything to do with it. It probably has more to do with what you ate.
