Generally, yes. I know guys who have gone completely stealth post-phallo and don't disclose to anyone that they are trans. Occasionally people experience complications that make them look a bit different, but this can almost always be corrected at a later stage.

There are pictures on Transbucket you can look at. I believe some have recently been posted on ->-bleeped-<-. And if you're considering phalloplasty, there are some Facebook groups you can join. Feel free to message me about any of that. I can't link to any of those things due to content.
