What were your free and total Testosterone levels on your sixth week of testosterone before your booster shot.?
Im really depressed. Im 23years and started Nebido/ Testosterone Undecanoate the 28th August 2016.
Shoddy lab work made me miss my booster shot. I did the blood tests on October 5th (5 weeks and 4 days on T) and now almost 10 weeks, I finally got my T results back l.
I think my results are within female range and my free testosterone reads;
Quote2.4 reference values males 4-30. females 0.4-7.1 pg/ml
[/b]
My total testosterone reads 1.2 reference M 3.5-8.6 ng/ml
What is M and these values look different from the ones I see online.
So im in the low female range??? Is this normal for 5.5weeks?
Help?
I'm 7 months on T and my levels are still no where near the male levels so don't worry they'll adjust what they're giving you like they're adjusting what they are giving me too! They'll sort it out, the doctors know what they are doing!
Welcome to Susan's Place. Lab test are not very informative for the first few visits because doctors start dosages low and then bump them up until your at the correct levels. They do this for two reasons. First should your body develop issues as the result of treatment, they can be spotted before they cause much harm. The second reason is not everybody's body handles hormones the same way. Some people need to receive a maximum dosage to reach minimum levels while others need only a minimal dosage to reach the desired levels. After a few more visits, you should see levels much higher and more in the masculine range.
