"On August 29, 1991, Caroline Cossey, the iconic '80s supermodel also known as Tula, who once illuminated the cover of Playboy Worldwide with her lithe bronzed body and sensual good looks, sat alone at a restaurant — the wrong restaurant — in London's Brent Cross Shopping Centre, waiting to commence a business lunch with her attorney. "
I always looked up to her! :)
You know... Sometimes it pains me to read something like this... I'm 50 and never really had something like this happen to me. I was with someone for 13 months, but we weren't functional at the time and struggled with day-to-day living. Not only did I not know how to date, but I didn't know what I was looking for. Either my partner was taken from me by death only a few days after our first weekend together, or she wasn't it, and my partner is currently in another world (read: another planet, and thusly inaccessible to me in this current life).
Sometimes, it really is hard to keep one worldly foot in front of another and not escape to India to learn to leave behind the cycle of death and rebirth the best way possible. I may not have a partner anymore because this may be my last life on earth. I get glimpses from time to time that MIGHT be indicating that, but I don't have enough knowledge/awareness to know for sure.
Love is for other people
yea, it does seem that way
I need ffs to be pretty like her :(
