Title: Recovery after SRS + BA: bruising and marks on face possible?
Post by: Ruth Ruthless on November 09, 2016, 06:45:44 PM
This might sound like a stupid question...

...but if I have SRS + BA, is there any way bruising can appear on my face afterwards?

For example, I just did rhinoplasty a month ago, and the bruises are gone but I still have dark circles around my eyes I didn't have before and apparantly in a google search I found that these should eventually go away at worst within a year.

My question is, would I experience similar phenomenon after a joint SRS + BA or will it stay limited to the operated areas, i.e. breast and crotch areas?

Rhinoplasty tends to have quite a bit of brusing and it does take time, and as usual with these matters everyone is different.

You cannot get face bruising from BA or SRS. Brusing is a local effect in the area of the surgery only.

Well then, at least this time I can look okay while feeling crap from recovery!
