Can anyone recommend a concealer type of makeup to completely hide my eyebrows... I can't pluck them as I'd like because it would be too obvious for everyday life.... I have dark brown almost black hair. When I use regular concealer they just sort of look frosted which makes them stand out even more.
I can't think of any way to conceal them without it showing but you might consider plucking them to match a young Brook Shields look as in the movie "The Blue Lagoon". It's a bushy enough look that it looks masculine but yet it worked for her.
Well, there's the hacky glue stick trick, or a pro product like Plasto wax, used in practical effects makeup to build scars and such, or disappear eyebrows!
The glue stick trick is frankly nasty, and I don't know how well it works over time. The glue stick is first applied against the grain of the brow hair, the hair is brushed back down, and the glue stick is reapplied with the grain of the hair. Let dry, and apply a second coat. Top with a concealer like Ben Nye super white, then coat with your foundation. No guarantees!
Plasto wax is easier, although you may have to order online. Just roll a bit between the fingers to warm it and work it into the brow. Smooth, and apply more as needed to blend the edges. Top with your foundation or concealer.
Brow powder and a stencil is typically used to build the desired eyebrow line real ones are gone.
I saw both methods used by makeup folks doing SFX head shots
These days lot of men have their eye brows waxed and shaped. I dont think anyone will notice them of if you trim and shaped them.
If you once a week slowly pluck more and more hairs your look will slowly change so that it won't be noticed.
If you need stealth the keep the width as thin brows do get noticed.
I would love to go all out but have to compromise.
I have been plucking for a year and my wife has not noticed. I also use a trimmer to keep them short, this has helped me hide what I am doing.

I still present male at work but have my brows waxed and shaped regularly at the local salon. I just ask them to thin them out and tidy them up but not too thin. No one at work has ever commented.

I agree, and do the same. Now to switch gender presentation with reasonably trimmed and plucked brows, all my brows need is eyebrow pencil to achieve the feminine brow shape.
